Little Bee Preschool

The Little Bee Preschool’s Presidio campus has two toddler classrooms (18-36 months) and two preschool classrooms (2-5 years). Little Bee students have daily outings to explore the natural beauty of the Presidio of San Francisco’s forests, shorelines, and iconic views of the Golden Gate Bridge.  

At Little Bee, children are encouraged and taught to make discoveries through curiosity, experimentation, and free play. These personal discoveries drive their engagement on the daily outings with the help of the school’s nurturing and experienced team of educators. It’s Little Bee’s mission to nurture their students’ innate curiosity and to help them come to creative solutions with an appreciation for the diversity of people, places, and thoughts.  

Through a unique blend of Montessori and Reggio-Emilia approaches, Little Bee Preschool individualizes the curriculum to best match the needs of their students. Little Bee kids build courage, resilience, critical thinking skills, and a strong foundation of curiosity in learning.
