San Francisco, CA (August 14, 2020) – The Presidio Trust is pleased to offer new office leasing opportunities on the Main Post in San Francisco’s historic Presidio, including some for the first time in the park’s 25 year history. These low-rise office spaces face the seven-acre Main Parade Ground, with its wide-open spaces, lush green lawns, and views of the Golden Gate Bridge and the San Francisco Bay.

“Presidio office spaces offer the ultimate business amenity,” says Jeff Eichenfield, Director of Commercial Asset Management for the Presidio Trust. “These are incredibly unique opportunities to locate a business in a stand-alone building in a national park setting, but still be a 15-minute drive from the rest of San Francisco.” Presidio office spaces feature flexible interior layouts, abundant natural light, windows that open to fresh air, easy access and ample parking. The newly available spaces range in size from 2,200 to 40,000 square feet.

The Presidio’s commercial tenant community includes financial services, venture capitalists, law firms, schools (from pre-school to high school), tech start-ups, creative services agencies, nonprofits, retail, restaurants and more. More than 200 organizations occupy over two million square feet of space.

“Clients love coming here—it’s a beautiful place to work,” says tenant Hamilton Zanze.

“Having a stand-alone building is a huge plus…[with the] freedom to create and make the space your own,” says Padlet, a software company.

The Presidio’s natural setting allows for a work-life balance that takes advantage of 24 miles of hiking trails, 25 miles of biking trails, beaches, and forests–a tranquil location contributing to a sense of wellness for visitors and those who live and work in the park. In addition to the terrific location and atmosphere, businesses here can feel good that their rents are reinvested right back into the park.

“The Presidio is self-sufficient and does not receive federal funds,” says Eichenfield. “By locating here you are contributing to this special, diverse community and helping to sustain this national park site.”

The newly available office buildings include the following:
