Today, the former army facility has been transformed into a sanctuary of well-being, offering massage, acupuncture, skin care, naturopathic medicine, and even group party workshops.
As you step inside, the hum of traffic is replaced by gentle background music and the warm greetings of the friendly front desk staff. Take a deep breath to enjoy the calming scent that fills the air and prepare to be pampered by SenSpa's expertly trained therapists.
Be sure to arrive 30 minutes before your appointment to enjoy one of SenSpa's three lounges. On a foggy day, the Warming Room with its open fireplace is a great place to relax and warm your toes.
If you're planning a spa day with friends, treating someone special, or you're simply in need of some down time, SenSpa has something for you. And if you just need to escape from city life for a few hours, you can use the resort-like facilities without a treatment for just $25 a day, Monday through Friday – call ahead to check availability.
