What to Expect at This Event

Join a guided evening walk with the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy to explore nighttime wildlife in the Presidio. Beginning in the plaza between the Presidio Visitor Center and the Presidio Transit Center, this program follows an easy route into the Tennessee Hollow Watershed, covering up to two miles.

Led by knowledgeable naturalists, the walk focuses on the animals that become active at dusk, from sounds in the landscape to species that may be seen or heard along the way. Participants are encouraged to bring a flashlight or headlamp and dress warmly. Registration is required for each attendee.
