What to Expect at this Event
Join us at Presidio Tunnel Tops for a family-friendly Día de los Muertos & Diwali event in the park. Celebrated annually in the fall season, these two distinct cultural observances come together in the Presidio to honor South Asian and Latinx traditions. Attendees are invited to reflect on the social and environmental justice issues from both cultures through ceremony and ancestral teachings, arts and crafts, storytelling and cultural dance.

There are paid parking areas at the south end near the Presidio Visitor Center and the Presidio Transit Center. At the north end near Crissy Field, there is a large parking lot near Sports Basement in easy walking distance to the Outpost nature playground. Accessible parking is available.
