Dalida showcases the culture, fresh ingredients, and flavors of the Eastern Mediterranean.
Everything from the warm hospitality to the fresh ingredients to the memorable flavors is intended to honor the rich culture of the Eastern Mediterranean. This “East-meets-West” disposition also shines through in its bar program, with drinks crafted with spices, yogurts, and preserved fruits) as well as foraged aromatics from the Presidio, including eucalyptus, rose geranium, and yerba buena.
Dalida encourages guests to follow the principle of “little little in the middle” by engaging in conversation while sharing dishes like “breaking bread” (house made hummus, muhammara, and smoked yogurt spreads plus pickles and olives, all underneath a ballooning Pita).
