Baptiste style yoga is based on the teachings of Baron Baptiste. The practice contains 53 poses, or asanas, linked together by movement. The studio is heated to 90 degrees, enough to warm and loosen your muscles but cooler than hot or Bikram yoga. To learn more about the practice, visit their website.

New Student Special

Baptiste Power Yoga offers new members the opportunity to take unlimited classes in their first month at a discounted rate. Learn more and register for classes on their website.
