From rugged coastal hikes to gentle paths, there is trail for everyone in the Presidio.

Walk, Hike, & Bike

Let’s go for a walk! The Presidio has the best nature trails in the city. Twelve major routes crisscross the park. Come out for great hiking in San Francisco, or bring your bike for adventures on multi-use trails. Along the way, don’t miss the scenic overlooks.

Biking in the Presidio

Presidio Tunnel Tops

Presidio Tunnel Tops features pathways that link the heart of the park to its waterfront at Crissy Field, with Golden Gate views along the way. Pathways are designed for all to navigate.
