Redtail Week Pilot Program

Expanding access to Bay Area schools to camp in the Presidio.

Learn about a program that focuses on low-income and/or disabled students from the Bay Area, providing a camping experience at Rob Hill Campground.

The piloprogram sets aside the last full week of each month at Rob Hill Campground for school groups. This initiative is in support of the Presidio’s goal to make the Presidio a place that is visited and loved by all. If the program isn’t a fit for your group or youd like to camp outside of Redtail Week, secure your reservation via recreation.gov.
