Summer Camps in the Presidio

We've rounded up a list of Presidio summer camps that'll keep your kids' bodies and minds engaged.

Do you know how your kids will spend their summer break this year? While camps fill up fast, if you’re still making plans, not to fret. We have a list of Summer Camps in the Presidio for you to explore! From animation classes to outdoor experiences, there are options for everyone.  

For summer 2026, we’re continuing to revise this list, so check back in the coming weeks as more summer camps are added.  

Coyote Camp – 10 one-week sessions starting June 9 through August 1. For ages 3 to 10. Full–day and half–day options available. Registration opens February 12 at 11 a.m.  

House of Air – Eleven one-week sessions for kids 6 – 12 starting June 8 to August 21. a.m. (8:30 to 3 p.m.) and p.m.  (12 to 3:30 p.m.) sessions available. Registration is now open. 

Institute for Applied Tinkering – Eleven one-week sessions for kids 6 – 12 starting June 8 to August 21. a.m. (8:30 to 3 p.m.) and p.m.  (12 to 3:30 p.m.) sessions available. Registration is now open. 

Junior Golf Camps – Presidio Golf Course is offering 10 half-day camps and 7 full-day camps. They’ll have 10 weeks of Camps running from June 8th – August 17th (no camp the week of 6/29-7/2). They will occur Monday-Thursday from 9:00am to 12:00pm for the 10 half-day sessions, and Monday-Thursday from 9:00am to 3:00pm for the 7 full-day sessions. Enrollment is open now.

Lone Mountain Children’s Center – Six one-week sessions starting June 15 through July 31 with two options for time: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Note: there’s no camp the week of July 1. Sessions are open to students as well as those not currently enrolled. Registration opens February 1.

Movement – Movement Climbing Gym has summer programs for different age groups. Sessions for ages 13-17 start June 8 and run every week until August 10th. Program is 1:30pm to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Sessions for ages 6-12 have the same schedule with separate morning and afternoon sessions. Morning runs from 9 a.m. to 12 :30 p.m. and afternoon runs from 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Registration is open now.

Music, Art & Adventure – 5 one-week sessions starting June 15 through August 14, for ages 5 to 11. Camp hours run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Counselor-In-Training opportunities available for older youth. Camp meets at Baker Beach and El Polin Spring. 

Seeing School Monday through Friday (9am-3pm) in our Presidio Studio. Camps run June 8th- August 9th and explore photography and filmmaking while highlighting the anatomy of the eye and the science of perception. Enrollment is open now.

The Walt Disney Family Museum – Summer classes are open for registration. Sessions run from June through first week of August with different programs available for ages 8-18. Scholarships are offered to those who qualify.  

Urban Trailblazers – Registration and applications are now open. June 16th – July 31st (No Programming June 30th- July 3rd). Public school students in 6th, 7th, or 8th grade are welcome to apply.

YMCA – 10 one-week sessions starting June 8th- August 15th and open for grades K-8. Multiple camp options are available including Y Bike, Y Rangers, Sports, Traditional Camp, Dance, Gymnastics, Splash, and more. Hours of camp run: Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
