An Equal Opportunity Employer

We’re committed to a policy of equal employment opportunity (EEO).

We’re committed to eliminating employment discrimination, improving diversity, and creating an environment where all are valued and respected.

The Presidio Trust is committed to a policy of equal employment opportunity (EEO) and to providing a workplace that is free from unlawful discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.

To further that commitment, we make all employment-related decisions without regard to race, creed, color, religion, gender, age, mental or physical disability, national origin, ancestry, marital status, sexual orientation, medical condition (including genetic characteristics), pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions.

All officers, directors, staff members, or any other agents of the Presidio Trust, regardless of position or title, will be subject to discipline, up to and including discharge, should we determine that any such person has engaged in discrimination, harassment, or retaliation against another person in violation of this policy.

How to Request a Reasonable Accommodation

If you are a job candidate who would like to request a workplace accommodation or an accommodation during the application process, let us know by contacting jobs@presidiotrust.gov and we will assist you with next steps.

Although many individuals with disabilities can perform jobs without any reasonable accommodation, workplace barriers may keep others from performing jobs that they could do with some form of accommodation. These barriers may be physical obstacles, or they may be procedures or rules. Reasonable accommodation removes workplace barriers for individuals with disabilities.

The Presidio Trust may provide a reasonable accommodation for staff members with a physical or mental disability to allow them to perform the essential functions of their jobs, unless providing the accommodation would cause an undue hardship.

Types of reasonable accommodations include but are not limited to changing job duties, providing leave for medical care, changing work schedules, relocating the work area, or providing mechanical or electrical aid.
