A Robust Benefits Package

We take good care of our staff members and their families. Our pay is competitive, and our benefits largely align with those offered by the federal government and include medical/dental/vision plans and a pension program.

The Fair Chance Act

The Fair Chance to Compete for Jobs Act of 2019 (Fair Chance Act), prohibits federal agencies from collecting criminal history information in oral or written form prior to conditional job offer. The Presidio Trust seeks to ensure that every applicant is treated fairly through the hiring process. As required by regulation, we have established procedures under which an applicant may submit a complaint, or any other information, if they believe they have been subjected to a violation of the Fair Chance Act.
