This historic space is a spectacular backdrop for weddings, celebrations, and meetings.
Presidio Officers’ Club is the park’s oldest building and the second oldest building in San Francisco. It was part of the original Spanish Presidio constructed in the late eighteenth century. Following a meticulous rehabilitation, it reopened as a park venue in 2014.
The one-of-a-kind historic San Francisco special events venue features three distinctive gathering spaces that can be rented together or independently: the grand Moraga Hall, the loft-style Ortega Ballroom, and the open-air Hardie Courtyard.
Moraga Hall
Moraga Hall is the “Presidio’s living room” with its Spanish colonial revival architecture. It has space for 100 people to gather. The room’s décor creates a natural sense of occasion with dark beams, an oversized fireplace, chandeliers, and wrought-iron fixtures.
Ortega Ballroom
The roomy Ortega Ballroom offers an exclusive terrace and balcony with panoramic windows. across the historic Main Post to San Francisco Bay. This second-floor loft-style setting can accommodate every type of event, with an industrial design aesthetic highlighted by high ceilings and exposed rafters.
Hardie Courtyard
Hardie Courtyard is a beautiful and wind protected outdoor setting with fresh air and forest views. This location has space for up to 45 guests and is ideal for exclusive smaller events, pre-event gatherings, receptions, and exhibits. Hardie Courtyard features one of artist Andy Goldsworthy’s Presidio works, Earth Wall. This courtyard can be combined as an add-on space with Moraga Hall or the Ortega Ballroom.
The Chapel of Our Lady, Presidio Chapel, and Inn at the Presidio, are adjacent to the Presidio Officers’ Club, making it easy to plan a memorable occasion in the park.
