Built in 1949, the Golden Gate Club was the enlisted men’s service club and the site of historic treaty signings. Located in the Main Post Region, today it is one of the Presidio’s most popular celebration and corporate conference venues. If you’re looking for wedding venues with accommodation, the Main Post is also home to historic hotels and extensive on-site dining and wedding catering options.

Floor-to-ceiling windows give guests stunning Golden Gate Bridge views. The vista from this historic wedding venue and corporate event venue also includes San Francisco Bay, Alcatraz Island, and the Presidio forest.

The Golden Gate Club’s original Mission architecture and stunning landscape provide the perfect setting for creating new memories. It offers several event rooms of various sizes, along with a courtyard and balcony that functions as an outdoor event venue. These spaces can be arranged to suit any occasion.
