Join us at the Presidio Tunnel Tops for a celebration of SUPERBLOOMS a new art installation.
Join us for an exciting day of music, art-making, and chill vibes in the Presidio as we celebrate Tosha Stimage’s new art installation, SUPERBLOOMS. Come out to the park and enjoy a relaxing afternoon with views of the Golden Gate Bridge and take part in a creative environment, building community and exploring the vibrant world of plants and flowers.
Activities Include:
SUPERBLOOMS is a large-scale ground mural that champions the resilient histories of three Presidio native plants: the Chilean strawberry, California poppy, and the Checkerbloom. The mural is located at the space between the Presidio Transit Center and the enclosed Pavilion and Presidio Tunnel Tops.
Tosha is the founder of SAINTFLORA, a full-service floral design company specializing in “unconventional flower experiences”. She’s the third and final artist selected for the Presidio’s Ancestral Futurism Public Art Mentorship, a program that in invites emerging and mid-career BIPOC artists to develop temporary installations at the Presidio Tunnel Tops.

There are paid parking areas at the south end near the Presidio Visitor Center and the Presidio Transit Center. At the north end near Crissy Field, there’s a large parking lot near Sports Basement in easy walking distance to the Outpost nature playground. Accessible parking is available.
