What to Expect at This Event

Start your Sunday morning with free community yoga at Outpost Meadow in the Presidio. This weekly outdoor series offers an instructor-led class surrounded by the park’s natural landscape, creating an opportunity to move, recharge, and spend time outside.

Open to all experience levels, each one-hour session combines accessible movement and mindfulness in a welcoming group setting. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat and come prepared for an outdoor class.

Free Community Yoga at Outpost Meadow takes place every Sunday from September 13 through November 22, from 10 to 11 a.m. Presented by Sutter Health with support from Sports Basement. Advance registration is required.

Classes are limited to 50 participants. RSVP to reserve your spot, bring your own yoga mat, and arrive 15 minutes early to check in and get settled. A limited number of mats will also be available. In case of rain, class will move indoors to the Sports Basement Community Room. Participants who RSVP will be notified of any location changes or cancellations. Classes will alternate between two experienced yoga teachers, each offering a unique approach. Read their bios below to learn more.
