What to Expect at This Event

ArtSeed celebrates two decades of creative exchange with its 20th Annual Open Call Exhibition, So What Now? Figments, Domains, & Advanced Directives. On view from July 11 through September 18, the exhibition brings together mentors and students, emerging and established artists, and community members working across generations, cultures, and artistic disciplines.

This year’s exhibition explores themes of imagination, home, cultural wisdom, and collective futures. At its center is a cross-cultural art exchange between participants from the Gaza Children Village’s Academies of Hope and ArtSeed’s Summer Intensive program, creating a dialogue through visual storytelling and shared creative practice.

Featuring work by invited artists alongside Open Call submissions, the exhibition highlights ArtSeed’s longstanding commitment to fostering artistic growth, community connection, and access to the arts. The public is invited to attend the opening reception on July 11 and closing reception on September 18.
